PRIMA CRM — DEPLOYMENT STEPS (flat single-folder version)

This zip's contents are meant to be extracted DIRECTLY into your existing
document root — no document-root setting changes needed this time.
private/ and database/ live inside it as protected subfolders (blocked by
their own .htaccess, already confirmed working on your host).

1. In cPanel File Manager, go to your document root for crm.psecuresa.com
   and DELETE everything currently there (clean slate — every previous
   attempt's leftovers need to go).

2. Upload this zip INTO that same document root and Extract it there.
   You should end up with login.php, dashboard.php, api/, assets/,
   includes/, private/, database/, .env, and .htaccess ALL sitting
   directly in the document root (not inside any extra subfolder).

3. Edit .env (right there in the document root) — replace DB_PASSWORD
   with your real, rotated database password. Rotate the rapo59te_crmusr
   password first via cPanel -> MySQL Databases if you haven't already.

4. phpMyAdmin -> rapo59te_crm -> Import -> choose database/schema-mysql.sql
   from what you just extracted -> Go.

5. phpMyAdmin -> SQL tab, on rapo59te_crm:

   INSERT INTO users (id, full_name, email, password_hash, role)
   VALUES (UUID(), 'Yves Admin', 'admin@primasecure.com',
   '$2y$10$w.e6vZpiqMxrEhPrfaSqF.bd/OWRm/Uy1qqTUU7Bsz7UU.D6ILJ5q', 'admin');

   Logs in with admin@primasecure.com / ChangeMe123! — change it after
   your first login.

6. Visit http://crm.psecuresa.com/ — should redirect to login.php, fully
   styled.

This exact file layout was tested locally end to end (every page, the
login flow, and an authenticated session) before being sent to you, so if
something still doesn't work, it's almost certainly a server-side
difference (PHP version/extensions, or leftover files from a previous
attempt not fully deleted) rather than a code issue.
